The Assess service is Nephos’s entry point, a framework-aligned evaluation of your data management maturity across the full lifecycle. We benchmark against DCAM, the Data Management Capability Assessment Model, and map the findings to your specific regulatory context and AI programme ambitions, including the question most boards are now asking their teams directly: are we actually ready for AI?
Most organisations commissioning an assessment share the same underlying situation. It runs as a single structured engagement, four weeks, fixed price, with the focus agreed upfront depending on whether your priority is overall data management maturity or Al readiness specifically.
